Public Administration

Philosophy of the Department

The Public Administration program is designed to produce competent administrators equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical skills for effective public service. Our curriculum blends classical administrative theories with contemporary issues in governance, preparing students for leadership roles in government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.

We emphasize ethical decision-making, policy analysis, and organizational management to develop professionals who can drive administrative reforms and improve public service delivery in Nigeria's evolving governance landscape.

"Public administration is the machinery through which government policies are implemented."

— Woodrow Wilson
